We were born on a street corner in Kips Bay, New York. Watching people. Finding the truth in the human moment. That instinct hasn't changed - it just grew into a studio.
Part New York energy, part Scottish soul. Bold thinking meets considered craft. Strategy sits alongside story. And the work that comes out the other side is built to last.

Meet sally
My first pair of Nikes told me everything I needed to know about brand. I just didn't have the words for it yet.
I grew up around creative people - travel, design, the kind of conversations that made the world feel bigger than it was. New York was always there, pulling at something. By twenty I was pitching to Marriott HQ. Not because I had the credentials. Because I believed I had something worth saying.
What followed was a career spent moving between worlds. Fine art and commercial strategy. Scotland and America. Instinct and intelligence. Work exhibited at the Louvre, Times Square and Art Basel Miami. Design featured in Elle Decor and Sunday Times Style. Brands built from the ground up. Streets of New York illustrated one building at a time. And always, underneath all of it, the same belief - that story is the whole game.
I founded Kip Yards because the best brands I've ever encountered - the ones that gave me goosebumps, the ones that made me feel something before I understood why - all started with a truth worth telling.
That's what we do here.
